Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at IndiaBuying. We want you to have full confidence in every purchase.

Replacements:
All products are eligible for a free replacement under the following conditions:
- If delivered in faulty, damaged, or non-working condition.
- If an incorrect or duplicate product is received.
- Replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

How to File for Replacement:
1. Email us at support@indiabuying.in or call/WhatsApp +91 7351783062.
2. Share your order number, reason for replacement, and clear photo/video proof.
3. A courier partner will collect the product and a replacement will be shipped after verification.

Important:
All claims must include a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is first opened. Claims without valid proof will not be accepted.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Post-shipment cancellations will incur shipping charges (forward and reverse).
Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 7 working days.
